Cut off the cable about 5 m in length as being the test specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter of both pulleys and each end has to be loaded with a weight. Meanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current. Later, at an approximately constant speed of 0.33 m/s to move the pulleys over a distance of 1 m to make the specimen be reciprocally bent and tightened. When the specimen breaks down or the preset numbers are reached, the machine will stop automatically. Afterwards, take off the sample and judge the characteristic of flexibility.
